The role will include the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Proactively manage the online presence of hotel on microsites, Accor channels and via our third party providers;
- Manage all social media channels of hotel;
- Work with and support strategy development and activities to constantly improve the hotel website traffic including but not limited to SEO, SEM and reciprocal links;
- Implement and maintain a 12 month marketing calendar for Food & Beverage, Leisure segment and Meetings and Events;
- Distribution and marketing communications to internal and external stakeholders Design and printing all food and beverage menus;
- Maintain hotel and Accor image library and update as and when new images become available;
- Manage and increase the hotel’s database via Opera, InTouch and special events;
- Assist Commercial Director with any marketing and advertising requirements;
- Creative writing for all segments of the business for online and offline marketing communications including but not limited to, Press Releases, Special promotions, Social media Print advertising;
- Managing supplier relationships including print, web, design and media agencies;
- Prepare monthly marketing reports such as marketing campaign ROI for the month end reporting as well as presentation slides for owners
- Understand & adhere to brand standards when responsible for external marketing;
- Liaise and manage local partnerships with attractions and services within the local area and
- Be aware of business peaks and low’s and contribute innovative ideas to assist in building revenue.
