•    Oversee the hotel's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date- both hotel brand web and ALL.com
•    Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings.
•    Manage and grow the hotel's presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn).
•    Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, META Ads) to target potential guests and maximize ROI.
•    Monitor and adjust ad spend and targeting based on performance metrics.
•    Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat bookings.
•    Create compelling newsletters and promotions.
•    Create and curate content (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) to engage and inform potential guests.
•    Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyse website and campaign performance.
•    Generate regular reports and insights to make data-driven decisions.
•    Actively seek out and secure group bookings and events such as sporting team, groups, entertainment and business events- Proactive Sales.
•    Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure successful execution.
•    Actively seek out corporate entertainment, family gatherings, office events, weddings and key calendar events. 
•    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.
