The Coffs Harbour Bypass is a 14-kilometre bypass of the Coffs Harbour urban area, from Englands Road in the south to Sapphire in the north and is a once-in-a-generation project for the mid-north coast community.

Ferrovial and Gamuda (FGJV) are the proud design and construct joint venture delivery partners for the Coffs Harbour Bypass - a significant, unique and exceptional major infrastructure project that will leave a legacy of innovation and sustainability in the region for communities of today and tomorrow.

With work starting immediately, the infrastructure team are looking to engage an Accountant to join our team to deliver quality accounting, reporting and financial support to key internal and external stakeholders in an accurate, timely and efficient manner, as well as, supporting the control of all financial aspects of the Coffs Harbour Bypass project.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the accounting and financial issues when required.
2. Review and process each expense report to verify the authenticity and ensure that they comply with the FGJV reimbursement policy.
3. Compile and assist in the preparation of financial statements, including but not limited to income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
statements.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions, ledgers and other financial documents ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements.
5. Assist in audit activities and encourage enhancement to control protocols.
6. Liaise with external auditors by providing the required backup for the general ledger entries.
7. Review and adjust accruals to ensure that expenses and revenues are recognised in the appropriate accounting period.
8. Manage the accounts payable process, including processing invoices and issuing payments, as well as monitoring and collecting
outstanding balances.
9. Assist with reporting highlighting key financial metrics, performance indicators and any significant insight or trends.
10. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and other financial accounts to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and
accounted for in the project’s financial records.
11. Support project planning and control processes throughout the year, including budget review, long-range plan, monthly forecast, and
variances analyses.
12. Continuously propose and support the team process workflow improvement initiatives.
13. Other duties that may be assigned which commensurate with the above, commensurate with your skills and qualifications, or mutually
agreed between you and the line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance related qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’s working experience in the Finance industry.

• Review current software Terms and Conditions, License Agreements, and License Contracts to ensure that the account is not exposed to any breaches or risks.
• Provide quality customer service through adherence to Datacom’s Asset Management service delivery methodology and processes.
• Experience in using SAM technologies and their capabilities, in particular, Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite and/or Snow License Manager. You will be responsible for monitoring the health of the SAM technology and will proactively work with technical teams to ensure the technology is maintained to acceptable standards.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Cherwell or Service Now will be advantageous.
• Interpret data outputs from the SAM technologies and other tools to provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Be able to follow documented procedures to support the deliver of consistent services.
• Perform license reclamation activity and record cost avoidance.

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The objective of this new role is primarily to manage the supply and services of Electrical (E) and Mechanical (M) equipment package with the Andritz Hydro project team, JV partners, subcontractors and customers. This includes project, service and O&M business in both sales activities and proposal management as well as order execution.

- Conduct detailed contract review and coordinate progress meetings with all stakeholders
- Secure in full- and on-Time delivery of the components to the customer and achieve all associated milestones in the program
- Support the Service Hydro team in the bidding phase, sourcing, and installation activities
- Maintain close collaboration with the global project team (across multiple time zones)
- Deliver a best practice OHS&E attitude and performance

KEY RESULTS AREA

Project Execution 50%

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate our total supply and service package with the customer(s)
- Maintain close collaboration with all stakeholders regarding project progress and scope of supply
- In coordination with the project team, discuss and resolve contract related concerns with the customer(s)
- Monitor customer service, invoicing, expenditure, payments and administration costs
- Conduct regular review of contract requirements and communicate any variations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales/service activity and customer reports (Weekly, Monthly or Annually as directed by Management)
- Coordinate activities in accordance with all local requirements and regulations, to ensure a smooth supply performance to the customer
- Manage specific Australian Standard (AS) requirements with the project team
- Identify and report any inconsistencies, hazards or risks (including proposed resolutions), to the project team
- Deliver and support excellence in OHS&E according to AS4801 and any other relevant standards
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and activities including the maintenance of accurate customer contact list and visit reports

Sales and Proposal Management 50%

Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive supply and service concepts in consultation with global experts within Andritz
- Develop competitive Operation & Maintenance concepts for maintaining power generation assets and synchronous condenser plants
- Elaborate appropriate technical solutions to satisfy customers’ needs
- Use product and technical knowledge to prepare estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy
- Support the development of the local procurement concepts, a reliable local transport and logistics network and a local equipment installation program
- Negotiation with sub-suppliers and customers on behalf of Andritz Hydro
- Remain informed and up to date with regard to Industry related news, competition activities and product knowledge (Market Intelligence)
- Continuously and actively develop personal skills and knowledge relative to performance obligations
- Establish and develop the appropriate sales/service strategy for the sales of engineering services, supply contract for mechanical and electrical equipment in the Hydropower industry throughout Australia
- Identify new opportunities, promote new technologies, and/or replacement or modernisation of machinery and parts
- Respond to requests for sales opportunities through the development of proposals including bid formulation, reviews, approvals and submission, in consultation with key stakeholders
- Post proposal submission, assist with contract negotiations, reports on bid progress and ultimately, transition successful bids into implementation – all in consultation with relevant parties

Primary:
- Delivery (In Full and On Time) of agreed project outcomes
- Delivery on actions arising from meetings with the energy utility(s)
- Delivery on actions arising from meetings with the internal project team (off-shore)
- Delivery of actions on Service and Spare Parts and O&M Business
- Management and support of a proactive OHS&E delivery in accordance with contractual, regulatory and ethical standards
- Compliance to local company policies and guidelines

Secondary:

- Assist in the development and support of National sales opportunities for Andritz Hydro

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES

Education:
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience:
- At least 8 years demonstrable experience in senior technical roles in the in the Hydro sector, combined with successful project management/service management and execution experience.

Technical Competencies and Skillset:

- Project management/service experience with Hydro power projects or similar
- Extensive product, technical & field knowledge of the Hydro portfolio or similar
- Experience in Operation & Maintenance of power generation assets
- Experience in rotating equipment
- Experience with statutory licences, principal contractor role, and working permits
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
- Knowledge in an ERP system of advantage
- Ability to plan and manage your work effectively towards achieving objectives.

Job Summary:
The Studio Payroll Success Manager (SPSM) provides superior external client service by taking personal ownership and accountability for the success of EP’s clients at the production level focused interactions with the production and payroll accountants. The SSM is accountable for educating these key client personas on cases related to show level queries either directly or escalated through studios, the use of EP’s Accounting, Start and Timecard products, associated payroll workflows and access permissions. Will build and manage an EP payroll team dedicated to the processing of the payroll on large studio jobs. Effectively researches the key show personnel to understand their training and onboarding needs. Maintains product familiarity and learns new functionality to ensure all users are proficient/efficient and maximizing the efficiency between production and EP personnel.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the capacity of the payroll team to ensure the timely turnaround of weekly production payrolls and to ensure the accuracy of pays and reporting.
- Be prepared to run payrolls together with the team to ensure that deadlines will be met.
- Improve EP’s ability to ensure Production and Payroll Accountants are successful users of our products and users (increase retention through proficiency and adoption of products and services, etc.). Research and review Prod. Acct. history to inform adoption and training plan.
- Perform Needs Assessment leveraging information from sales process, AM knowledge sharing, client interviews and research to gain an in-depth knowledge of users’ key business needs, internal operations and insight to areas of key client value.
- Enhance client relationships through extensive knowledge of the capabilities of each of the key roles
and individuals at the production level
- Engage with client AM team and Accountants to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the
client's workflow and business process and ensure Accountant success and satisfaction with EP’s
product and services.
- Establish and execute a Production Success Plan that identifies key areas of need and associated solutions. Focusing your and EP business efforts toward clients that are most able to decide or influence their organization toward building and/or maintaining ongoing relationship with EP.
- Provide superior in-depth application support for all current and future EP Products related to key personas (primarily Production and Payroll accountants)
- Collaborate with clients, guiding them through software program issues and providing navigation
assistance for any area of the company
- Provide Onsite support that includes potential travel outside of state.
- Review show payroll setup before released to client to ensure set-up success and accuracy
- Educate on product releases
- Track and remediate SLAs missed
- Delivery of product feedback back to product teams
- Track all client interactions and correspondence in Salesforce (i.e. meetings, calls, trainings, requests), provide reporting such as Call Logs and other client reports
- Proactively monitor and manage client satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, respond as needed after TSAT, CSAT and NPS responses are received, reviewing Support cases and show health
- Escalate production issues as needed, ensuring that all involved parties are informed of an issue’s current status/resolution
- Attend as needed account team meetings designed to review the "state of the client" and provide updates as needed as to the status of production-specific adoption efforts and open cases
- Assist leadership in creating and delivering operational plans based on best practices and process efficiencies
- Perform post-show analysis including review of Production Accountants who fail to continue with EP’s products. Create Develop outreach plan.
- Contribute to team’s growth and development, by serving as a mentor and support resource to others on the team in support of the client

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or industry/job experience equivalent
- Minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, in client service, account management, or client relationship preferred
- Entertainment industry experience preferred, specifically entertainment Production experience
- Experience working with and training enterprise software solutions such as Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Scheduling or a related field
- Knowledge of customer service and account management principles and processes with a particular focus on the Entertainment sector
- A successful track record as a Client Success Management, Enterprise Software Trainer, Senior Support Technician or Account Manager
- Knowledge of general business and management principles including planning, resource allocation, human resources procedures, leadership techniques and operations.

The Team
Account Managers are critical members of the Client Services department. Client Services serves as an integral team across the organization, working to build and maintain strong, long term client relationships, through seamless Onboarding, Account Management, Product Support, and Managed Services Operations.

The Role
Account managers are responsible for the end-to-end client experience for the book of clients assigned to them. They are the ultimate owners of the client and responsible for their outcomes. They are both client experts and Enfusion experts to champion their client’s success at Enfusion. Account managers will work closely with client onboarding, product support and technology to deliver value-added solutions and a world-class experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to obtain feedback on overall satisfaction
- Manage and maintain client profile details in a centralized CRM tool which includes AUM, strategy, assets traded, end-to-end functions utilized, key stakeholders and third-party relationships
- Proactively monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary
- Ensure clients are successful in meeting their goals with Enfusion and are in a referenceable state
