Project Manager

• Project Manager, Strong leadership and project/program management skills Connect with Product Owner or Project Managers and get the project/program level requirement finalized
• Work with multiple stakeholders including dev team in preparing the estimation, Solutioning and planning
• Connect with all stake holder for approval of solution, planning and dates
• Track the requirement to closure with Risks, Issues and dependencies along with project/program teams
• Status reporting and discuss/update progress with all stake-holders, Group Project Managers, Director and VPs in predefined frequencies
• Creating and implementing program plans and schedules Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
• Communicating and collaborating with program stakeholders
• Assessing a program pros and cons & monitoring progress of multiple projects actively running and involve in pre-sales activities
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Verbal and non verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Work in Pega engagement are added advantage
• Experience of working in Agile methodology Experience of working with global teams.
