We are currently seeking Expression of Interests from highly motivated Geospatial Data Support Officers what will join our team to provide technical support to users of Defence's Mission Planning System by acquiring, translating and storing the geospatial data so that end users have the appropriate information to successfully plan their missions. • Experience in the use or knowledge of various geospatial software applications, such as the ESRI Suite of Products, Global Mapper and FME.

• Experience in dealing with stakeholders at various levels to understand and collate the user’s spatial data requirements.

In this role, you will provide investment and asset management functions. This position works across the entire investment lifecycle including new investment opportunities, ongoing operations, asset development and asset divestment, and is based in our Canberra Head Office.

Aquila Mine is an underground coal mine based in the heart of Middlemount, QLD. We are currently seeking a highly motivated training professional competent in delivering site training packages and driving initiatives to achieve business goals. You will provide operational delivery to the training team and work closely with the operational Training Coordinator to identify and recommend opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the training department.

As the Training Officer (Underground Operations) reporting to the Training Superintendent, your duties include:

• Facilitate site inductions and other training activities that are conducted across the site including light vehicle, self-escape, and operational equipment
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the crew trainer and assessors

You will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and support to Immersive Simulations, including procurement, maintenance, set up and demonstrations of simulation and clinical equipment used in the simulation spaces. The role will also be responsible for rostering, timetabling, and complying with Health & Safety protocols.

This position requires the knowledge and ability to act quickly and informatively to support the university which will naturally offer a high degree of variation in daily tasks and responsibilities.
