Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Organise and maintain electronic and hard copy files
  • Assist with documentation and record-keeping
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Process and manage invoices and expense claims
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience working in the disability sector or a similar industry is highly desirable
