About the Opportunity

Cruise Whitsundays is currently seeking an experienced, innovative and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team based in Airlie Beach. Reporting to the General Manager - Sales and Marketing, this role is primarily responsible for sourcing, converting and maximizing revenue opportunities whilst managing client relationships regionally and within the Groups and MICE sectors. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Effective management of local sales and agent accounts to ensure sales targets are achieved;
• Hosting site inspections, famils and events for potential and existing clients, including training sessions to ensure updated product offerings and knowledge for clients
• Identifying and securing new clients within the Groups and MICE sector, and to utilize existing business assets in developing innovative product offerings;
• Managing key relationships with clients and third parties such as cruise industry booking agencies;

• Produce high-level market analysis and sales reports to monitor industry trends and campaign activity performance; and

About you

TRADE MARKETING MATERIALS

• Management of all trade marketing materials including creative briefing and approvals for all titles

DEVELOP PROGRAMS FOR THE INDEPENDENT CINEMAS

• Manage relationships & regular communication with independent cinemas incl. opportunities for promotional activity.
• Develop strong relationships with NSW and ACT based exhibition partners and maximise Local Area Marketing activity.
• Work with Independent and to Co-ordinate the regional subsidy support (budget, approvals and creative distribution) for key regional exhibition partners.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a rock star Food Technologist to join our business at a pivotal moment as we look to scale our customer base, expand our product offering and take our business to new heights. You will be working within the Research & Development team to ensure robust commercialisation of new products and enhancement of existing products. This position will be a vital role in driving all technical aspects of the products to deliver an ambitious product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting product development projects and provide full lifecycle services from product conception to launch;
• Researching market and competitors to assist with development of product strategies;

• Researching innovative manufacturing technologies and ingredients for new product launches;
• Defining manufacturing equipment specifications and requirements from product-led perspective;

About the Role:

We are seeking an agile and driven Hitachi Account Executive to join our successful QLD team. This is an exciting opportunity for a goal orientated individual who enjoys delivering a strong customer experience within the residential and wholesale HVAC community.

• Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations and reports. Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures and conformance with executive procedures.

Purpose of your role

This role is an integral source of support for the Group Financial Controller in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.  You will be responsible for leading a global AP team, with employees in multiple regions, and overseeing the accounts payable function across multiple entities and regions.  You will work closely with the team to provide guidance and support to ensure invoices are approved, processed, and paid accurately within payment terms, along with completion of accurate and timely reconciliations and vendor subledger maintenance.

What you do

• Oversight of end-to-end accounts payable function, working closely with the accounts payable officer, accounts payable senior analyst and accounts payable analyst to provide support and guidance to ensure vendor details and transactions are maintained accurately in the Accounts Payable Platform (Concur) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounts payable module. 
• Ensure vendor payments are approved, paid, and reconciled in a timely manner and internal and external vendor payment queries are addressed and resolved.

• Monthly review of accounts payable subledger and related suspense account balances, to confirm appropriate support, and follow up of any unreconciled balances.

Generate regular reports and analysis on accounts payable metrics, such as invoice processing time, payment accuracy, and vendor performance. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on the analysis.
• Stay updated on changes in global accounting standards and regulations related to accounts payable. Implement controls to mitigate fraud and other risks in the accounts payable function.
• Oversight of the financial controls and financial accounting associated with the corporate card program and the 3rd party commissions.
