About the Job

The purpose of Rest’s Investment Product & Communication team is to grow member trust with simple connections to Rest’s Investments.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective and timely investment analysis and information, and support as Subject Matter Expert, to Rest Business Units and external stakeholders for the purpose of Rest’s investment, engagement, education, business development, marketing and communications effort.

Assist in ensuring the ongoing product integrity for the investment activities within Rest’s investment options, provide insight on competitor propositions and identify opportunities for Rest for future investment product initiatives.

The nature of the role will differ depending on the skillset of the successful candidate. However, the key responsibilities are likely to include:

• Being a conduit between the investment team and Rest’s internal and external stakeholders you will help create and develop key investment narrative on a regular basis, articulating investment themes across the portfolio and key developments in our responsible investment initiatives.
• Being a key point of contact for internal stakeholders with the investment team, you will help establish regular forums with peers in Rest business units for the conveying of investment updates, supporting marketing initiatives and providing educational content. 
• Prepare and update investment content in publications, presentations, and education and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. This includes investment related materials for sales presentations, investment updates, reports and investment data for members, employers, regulatory bodies, research and rating houses, and asset consultants.
• Review, prepare and provide Investments team sign-off for all relevant investment related materials as required in accordance with Rest’s due diligence procedures.
• Review, revise and prepare all investment related information in collaboration with Rest stakeholders across multiple mediums, such as, but not limited to: Product Disclosure Statements, annual reports, Rest website and intranet
• Understand competitors’ investment positioning and communications with a view of influencing the way Rest positions, engages and communicates investment information to both internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Great Attention to Detail: Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for new corporate and consumer relationships

Strong Investigative Skills: Complete ongoing monitoring of customer relationships on the back of trigger events or through their regular review cycle. Investigate transaction monitoring alerts and evaluate whether they are unusual or suspicious

Job snapshot:

As Junior Technical Support Advisor you will work closely with our app partners during their development phase with our API, guiding them through the most effective and efficient method based upon their individual product needs. In addition, you will be assisting our schools with any technical support challenges that arise in relation to the various apps that integrate via our platform as well as helping connect their integrations.

You will be working with a growing team of technical support and integrations specialists across a number of projects from individual schools through to state-wide education department rollouts.

• Work with our Sale and Account Management Team as a key point of technical contact for onboarding new and assisting existing app partners 
• Proactively and reactively engaging with schools to assist with and troubleshoot any issues with their integration or application connections, be that data, system or API related

• Decrease incoming volume by striving toward first contact resolution and proactively onboarding and advising schools and apps on best practice
• Be on the front foot with communication, to ensure all stakeholders are always kept up to date in line with our SLA’s

Control Risks has an opportunity available for an experienced Security Operations Manager to work on-site with our client, a large Sydney-based institution, on an interim basis for 3 months beginning in January 2024. There is some potential for this role to extend further.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. About the Role:

Our Engineering team is given trust and autonomy to do great work. We work in small teams focused on specific features of our core platform, with 4-5 Engineers including a Technical Lead. We work in a triad with Product Managers and Designers to solve problems for our customers. The Sales & Administration Coordinator is responsible for the first point of contact with the CTS business and will provide administrative support across the organization.

The role includes handling the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

In addition, the administration of compliance and the registration of vehicle forms part of the roles function and is an integral part of the Sales Operations.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Australian team, supporting our sellers throughout the country. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with options to work from home or in the office.

Reporting to the Head of Australian Account Management, you will be an experienced SaaS sales person, upselling and cross-selling to a varied size and complexity of existing customers, able to understand the unique challenges and opportunities for new markets. Visa is looking for an experienced and passionate businessperson to join our Money Movement Team in the AUNZSP (Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific) cluster, focusing on Business Development across our Banks and Fintech customers across our suite of Money Movement products including Visa Direct and Visa B2B Connect

Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to Visa accounts around the world using push payment technology, i.e. Original Credit Transaction (OCT).  Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e.g. payments to landscaper), funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claim disbursements), bill payment, cross-border remittance and more. 

Visa B2B Connect is an innovative multilateral payment network, offering banks an alternative cross-border payment solution that can address the unpredictability associated with the current cross-border payment flows.

The Money Movement team is responsible for leading Visa’s efforts to support all channels and forms of Money Movement enabling banks, remitters, merchants, enablers and FinTech’s to collect and send payments to consumers and businesses around the world.

For the AUNZSP market specifically, the individual will work with front line teams, taking support from hub teams, to generate awareness, actively pitch to Banks, FinTech’s, Acquirers and Merchants and build a pipeline, deal structuring through to deal closure. For existing programs, the individual will monitor and drive utilization and revenue realization.

• Develop sales strategy for sales acceleration, including determining high potential client targets, use cases and verticals, etc.
• Drive lead-generation and prospecting program and ensure good response to new leads
• Drive key workstreams for Money Movement growth

• Lead prospecting to non-Visa clients to find the right contacts and build relationships, and sell where a good fit exists
• Work with cross functional partners across the region to ensure we have what we need to be successful with our clients
• Work with Money Movement Product teams to develop the go-to-market strategy and ensure we have the right value proposition and product construct to meet client needs
• Ensure sellers are ready and able to sell Money Movement products to clients
• Work with the training liaison to drive initial and ongoing sales training across the client sales cycle
• Ensure sellers know about and have access to client-ready, legal approved sales materials
• Help sellers trouble-shoot and overcome client objections
• Develop and execute a process to capture client feedback on product and value-added services, and socialize with other Visa teams
