Reporting directly to the General Manager and Director of Sales, this hands-on role is integral in leading the Food & Beverage operation to success. You will be responsible for multiple Food and Beverage outlets including Sen5es Restaurant & Bar, Fenians Irish Pub, Room service and Banquets. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving the management of all outlets ensuring that revenue is maximised and costs are effectively controlled
• Completing regular departmental forecasts and deliver on financial targets
• Developing a strategic plan (in conjunction with the Executive Chef and General Manager) for the Food and Beverage operations to ensure long term profitability
• Conducting regular analysis on all outlets and operations to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards.
• Implement marketing plans for each outlet to maximise revenue opportunities
• Undertaking projects within the Hotel at the direction of the General Manager
• Implementing and maintaining operational and brand standards and procedures across all outlets.
• Leading team performance management and development.

What might your days look like

As our Head of CX Operations, you will be working with our Operations team and CX function to drive an effective CX strategy, delivering customer insights and driving operational efficiency across our Customer Experience department (which includes Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementations, Customer Support and Digital Engagement).

To be successful, you will need to get deep into (sometimes ambiguous) data so that you can understand the business thoroughly, rapidly diagnose issues and formulate solutions. First Principles Thinking, Intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action are essential.

As our Head of CX Operations, you’ll be:

• Define the CX Operations strategy, roadmap and operating model
• Partner with our Data teams to ensure the CX department has access to best-in-class self service reporting and insights
• Own and drive analytics and reporting across the entire CX department including volume, velocity and conversion metrics
• Partner with our Product teams to ensure that product usage data can be used to deliver a best-in-class customer experience 
• Own, manage and maintain the CX Tech Stack, including ensuring that CX systems are evaluated, selected, implemented and customised to meet the needs of the CX department
• Continuously improve CX systems and processes
• Manage, build and lead a global team by coaching and developing existing team members and closing talent gaps where needed
  

What will you bring 

• Solid experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Support, Implementations or Business Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
• Leadership and people  management experience 
• Demonstrated experience leading a global business operations function across multiple regions and product portfolios
• Demonstrated experience designing a world class technology st
• Demonstrated experience managing a CX budget, ideally across multiple region or product portfolios
• A “CX scientist” - a highly analytical and data-driven problem solver with a deep understanding of CX analytics, metrics and the levers that drive performance.

About The Role
We created the BizOps team at Open to assist in defining and driving, operational and organisational improvements across Open. It operates like an internal consulting group that works on a range of critical projects and issues and sees them through to implementation.

We’re seeking expressions of interest from Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists with at least five (5)+ years’ experience in people management, quality management or clinical management within the residential aged care sector (above and beyond initial 5+ years aged care experience) for potential future roles.

Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) is Australia's largest health and human services consulting firm. We're currently tendering for additional work to undertake Residential Aged Care assessments of residents in aged care facilities on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

The work will involve you leading a team of experienced aged care professionals who will be visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment funding tool. You will provide in-field support to assessors to ensure the quality and consistency of assessments, plus develop assessor support and quality assurance mechanisms.

On offer:

• Very attractive salary - $130,000p.a. + 11% superannuation.

• Involvement in the recruitment and onboarding of assessors in your allocated area.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car for travel.
