What you will do:
- Conduct high level reviews of industrial relations legislation and instruments, particularly modern awards and enterprise agreements
- Ability to identify ambiguities in industrial instruments and translate to simple questions/understanding
- Implement and maintain databases with relevant industrial relations regulatory changes, legal cases and court decisions
- Improve on processes and databases
- Create content for industrial relations updates for online distribution
- Host industrial relations introduction sessions for new employees
- Collaborate across teams and assist understanding of industrial relation laws
- Bachelor of Law
- 2 years experience
- Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
