The SAM will be delivering both proactive and reactive services and act as a central point of contact for all support-related activities. You will be a member of a highly skilled team focused on a select set of high profile, strategic customers whilst delivering a high-quality service.

Additionally, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are clearly identified and resolved effectively.

The Inventory Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Leidos and Commonwealth inventory management systems. They will ensure equipment transfers made in one system are reflected in the other and raise transfer requests for equipment on behalf of the CBRND Fleet. They will be a primary on site point of contact for the CBRND Fleet. They will manage the raising and recording of stocktake requests in the Commonwealth inventory management system and will work with the Leidos CBRND Fleet manager to monitor stock usage and define replenishment schedules.

Specific Functions

• Mirror transactions made in the Leidos inventory management system onto Commonwealth systems.
• Generate equipment transfer requests on behalf of CBRND Fleet and Defence users.
• Monitor stock holding levels against usage rates and contracted holding levels and identify issues or improvements to the Leidos CBRND Fleet manager.
• Liaise with CASG, AHQ, and other stakeholders to equipment transfers are approved and are delivered to the correct location.
• Assist Defence equipment users in supporting or returning Leidos managed equipment.
• Generate and issue disposal directives.
• Maintain a disposal register to track status of disposals and liaise with external business units to expedite as required.
• Provide support to the Codification and Cataloguing of new items of supply.
• Raise stocktake requests and record results in the Commonwealth inventory management system, work with Leidos Warehouse Coordinator for parallel activities in Leidos inventory management system.
• Monitor group inbox for equipment requests or issues and liaise with Leidos CBRND Fleet manager to resolve.
• Interstate travel maybe required.

As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing restaurant network across Victoria. You will work closely with the Head of Asset Management to deliver our real estate strategy, exercise options, negotiate lease renewals, and manage all property related matters.

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and be able to negotiate with landlords to achieve the best possible outcomes for GYG.

• Execute the real estate strategy in your portfolio

• Develop comprehensive real estate packs
