Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Adhere to the prescribed menu for dish preparation.

Daily operations

Starting off as a Bank in 1910, the original home of Matsos has undergone many changes before it became a brewery. In the 2000s Matsos started brewing out of a tiny 200L kit in Broome, becoming the most remote brewery in Australia.
