Situated in the heart of Surry Hills, Porteño’s menu has been thoughtfully curated by chefs Elvis Abrahanowicz and Ben Milgate, co-owners of Porteño. With Argentinian authenticity being at the forefront of Porteño’s menu design, hand-cut specialty meats are prepared in front of guests on a traditional Parilla (barbecue) and Asado (pit of fire). The entire menu has been designed to be shared in the traditional Argentinean way – with plentiful plates of succulent meats and seasonal vegetables hitting your table as they’re ready from the open-plan kitchen.
