About the Role
Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a highly motivated Sales Managers in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. We are looking to bring on driven and tenacious individuals to work collaboratively across the business. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and motivating your team. You’ll have set targets with the view to increase “Share of Wallet” across all the different business units. This role will give you the opportunity to make a significant impact on sales performance and business growth. As a business we are embedding a culture of Sales Excellence that will underpin sustainable growth guided by a robust strategy and future roadmap. This role requires someone who is a passionate leader, is organised and enjoys building relationships.
What You'll Do
- Engage and prepare the annual sales budget across revenue, gross margin, and cost of sales.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Drive Salesforce hygiene across the team.
- Be accountable for portfolio performance and overall new business achievements.
- Implement quarterly sales and marketing plans.
- Utilize customer profitability models and improve yield per customer.
- Introduce and monitor standardized sales processes, disciplines, and benchmarks.
- Undertake formal performance assessments of personnel.
- Recruit, motivate, and continue to develop high-quality sales personnel.
