Fantastic opportunity to join this market maker global organisation at an exciting time of transformation. In the role of the Marketing Business Manager, you will provide strategic impact to drive growth and accelerate scale reporting to the VP Marketing.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Work closely with VP, Marketing and business leaders and other executives to identify opportunities to scale regional growth and innovation, align strategies and lead initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop annual and multi-year objectives that align to company goals.
  • Drive a framework for best practice sharing and continuous improvement in/across regions
  • Refine marketing practices to elevate marketing performance, results and collaboration 
  • Lead with data to identify accelerators for points of friction in planning and execution 
  • Be in the know; attend high-level meetings with our executive team from which you will develop actions, strategies and deliverables on behalf of the VP.
  • Work with VP to optimize program spend mix planning & budgeting, head count planning and modeling. Requires tight collaboration with finance FP&A, HR and Marketing Operations.
  • Own & optimize marketing management system
  • Drive operational meetings. Including Annual Operating Planning, Marketing & Campaign Planning, Business Reviews, Pipeline Reviews, Town Halls, leadership meetings.
  • Own the engagement program to champion a team of agile, outcome driven business enablers
  • Identify and take on ad hoc strategic projects.
  • Demonstrate how we can improve ROI through process transformation 
  • Develop and/or influence budget proposals and business cases, with a point of view on financial impacts, business trends, and new opportunities
  • Support all executive and marketing leadership reporting requirements in partnership with marketing operations.
  • Create & evangelize complex business cases – analyze data, determine how best to present the information.
  • Work closely with strategic marketing and communications to drive marketing executive internal and external facing communications. 
  • Communicate VP priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met.
