Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this is a pivotal role in the team, where a self-driven proactive approach is paramount.
You will:
- Drive sales to ensure revenue and conversion targets are achieved for C&E business including Residentials.
- Liaise with the entire operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided.
- Provide quotations for conference and events proposal covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized.
- Lead the reactive sales team including the overall coordination of events and conferences.
- Host high value client site visits and develop future business pipeline from repeat clients.

- Extensive experience in hotel Conference sales with a strong commercial acumen.
