What you will do
UBI is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our sales & marketing (S&M) team at the Corporate HQ in Rowville (Victoria) as the Global Marketing Manager.
This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a coherent UBI Global Marketing strategy, across all products as well as the corporate brand – with the overaching goal to achieve commercial objectives of the business.
This position also works in unison with other members of the S&M team by driving the CRM system to deliver maximum effectiveness and value for the business. You'll work to significantly enhance the profile and quality of the various online assets and direct marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive candidate who is tertiary-qualified in Business/Marketing/Digital Media (or related) field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in human health and/or medical device industry preferred.
The role will perform (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Prepare and execute a strategic marketing plan, ensuring portfolio and brand alignment to support the implementation of customer value selling approach
- Conduct market evaluation activities to identify opportunities for dynamically adapting marketing activities to product and/or regional requirements
- Work with the Sales leaders to ensure that the implementation of marketing plans is facilitated.
- Develop and execute marketing activities to meet business growth objectives
- Manage and meet advertising and promotional budgets for each annual cycle
- Design, prepare and implement an advertising and promotional program for the UBI business, meeting local activity needs within resource allocations.
- Monitor and report monthly tracking of A&P performance, modify promotional plans accordingly and manage geographic and business unit demands.
You are a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively – bringing knowledge and skills such as:-
- Proven track record in effective utilisation working with CRM tools.
- Thorough working knowledge in creating workflow/campaign automation using CRM, Adobe or similar graphic design tool.
- Demonstrated experience with numerous marketing tools including Adobe creative Suite, Google Ads and analytics, WordPress, marketing automation and CRM integration.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and successfully implementing marketing plans to achieve business results
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with HubSpot as a CRM tool will be a bonus!
