The role is focussed on the successful receipt, organisation, tracking, picking, packing and delivery of our product, ensuring the premium experience of our customer and the safety of our staff and stock. What you’ll bring  

You’ll have previous experience: 

• Working for a government customer or in a highly regulated industry

• Experience monitoring the performance of operations team’s productivity and contractual compliance, i.e., SLA achievement, aged ticket management, change management, etc.

About You:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a strategic Business Partnering role.
• Strong working knowledge of legislative frameworks and industrial awards.
• Highly developed leadership skills, adopting an empowering coaching to bringing out the best in your team.
• A creative and strategic thinker where you can see the big picture, connect the dots, and think outside the box.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder and able to adapt your style to meet the needs of others.
