About the Role

We are seeking a Marine Operations Manager to join our business in Broome, WA. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a key leadership role responsible for the overall marine operations and delivery, including vessel maintenance of Horizontal Falls marine assets.

About You

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role with exposure to or an understanding of the travel and tourism industry. Trade qualifications as a Vessel Master and/or Marine Engineer or sound knowledge will be beneficial.

Job snapshot:

As Junior Technical Support Advisor you will work closely with our app partners during their development phase with our API, guiding them through the most effective and efficient method based upon their individual product needs. Control Risks has an opportunity available for an experienced Security Operations Manager to work on-site with our client, a large Sydney-based institution, on an interim basis for 3 months beginning in January 2024. There is some potential for this role to extend further.

The Security Operations Manager will have a broad remit with responsbility for managing the day-to-day security operations, including incident response, crime prevention, operations centre management, risk assessments, operational plans for events, parking and traffic management, security advice and briefings, contractor management, safety and compliance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

The Security Operations Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Security Operations and has four direct reports.

Specific accountabilities for this role include:

• Support the Senior Manager, Security Operations in managing the contracted guarding services
• Oversee the Security Operations Centre, Concierge and Security Office functions to ensure compliance with protocols and procedures and that supporting systems are functioning as required.
• Respond to security and emergency related incidents as required to coordinate and provide specialist security advice on response strategies.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll master the basics of running a store, join a talented team of new friends - and most importantly – learn how to make our customers feel welcome, happy, and inspired.  

Sales Advisors at H&M are responsible for delivering a great customer experience that contributes to the Sales and Profit in your store. You always put our customers first and offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You create an environment that is easy for our customers to shop in through Store Operations and Great Garment Care.

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you:  

• Demonstrate the 6 basic demands to engage with and welcome our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor.  
• Promote the Hello Member program in line with country and store goals.  
• Apply a ‘Heads up’ approach – be aware of customers who require assistance and offer your help.  
• Use your product and fashion knowledge to inspire the customer by offering purchasing suggestions, and promoting campaigns, offers and activities. 
• Ensure great garment care to sell the products in their best condition at the right time.  
• Replenish sizes and allocation to the sales floor through efficient delivery and refill routines to avoid missed sales.  
• Ensure all routines are followed at the cash desks and fitting rooms to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
