Our program gives you the opportunity to gain exposure to different divisions within the business, including corporate, manufacturing, construction (local and FIFO) and maintenance/refectory. The Role You’ll have the opportunity to partner with our knowledgeable HSE team and gain hands on experience in a variety of different areas, including risk assessment incident investigation, compliance management and more. This position involves: Completing inspections in accordance with site specific HSE management systems Implementing new HSE initiatives when issues Compiling and issuing HSE based reports Communicating HSE requirements to project and corporate teams About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following: A tertiary qualification in HSE or equivalent. Recent university graduate or about to complete your studies. Intermediate level across the Microsoft office suit of programs. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
