Contribute to the development of healthy promotion education material and overarching health promotion yearly calendar Support the rostering, coordination and onboarding of HWCs across the portfolio Follow communication and reporting processes as outlined by management Be passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of all residents, guests and community membersAbout YouIdeally, you will have:University degree in a relevant allied health profession (Exercise Science, Human Movement, Sport Science, Recreation Management) minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role; management/people management; in a health-related fieldexperience in the development and facilitation of social events & activities experience in remote working on a site-based environment or similar A focus on customer service, engagement, and willingness to put yourself out there.a high level of written skill, including report writing.outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.strong leadership and motivational skillsthe ability to manage your own workloads.great computer skills (Microsoft Office); andthe desire to work as part of a collaborative team.
