Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Australia, the focus of your role will be the development of long-term customer relationships with assigned customers, with the aim to sustainably improve share of wallet growth (measured by revenue, EBITA targets).

This will be achieved by implementing best in class account management standards and delivery of supply chain logistics solutions and services to customers.

This role has a strong focus on delivering value added solutions in addition to maintaining full warehouse utilisation and promoting Lineage as an Integrated Solution provider (including domestic transportation). The role acts as Voice of Customer in Lineage and is designed to link Customer requirements with Lineage service offerings. Close coordination with internal parties is key to success.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Being the Voice of Customer at Lineage

• Implementation and maintenance of account management standards including ADP’s, regular customer meeting cadence, KPI reporting, Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Revenue and EBITA targets as agreed, including the focus on cross-selling / share of wallet growth.

• Improvements in NPS YoY

• Identification and implementation of ESG focused initiatives for assigned accounts.

• Accurate and timely use of Lineage CRM systems

• Develop self to meet both career and organisational goals, apply diverse skills and perspective to achieve common goals (through 1:1’s and development discussions)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Floor Manager for our South Australia Warehouse. This role will be working independently in a shared warehouse space reporting to our VIC & SA warehouse and logistics manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful receipt, organisation, tracking, picking, packing and delivery of our products, ensuring the premium experience of our customers and the safety of our staff and our stock.

The Floor Manager will be instrumental in liaise with customers and contractors who are picking up deliveries as well as working with the Eco Outdoor Sales, Fulfilment, Warehousing and Imports teams as required.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, have a can-do attitude and be willing to participate as an active member of a small team. You should be comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers on the phone or in person, be physically able, numerate and have an aptitude to use an inventory system.

• Picking and packing orders for delivery (including using heavy machinery ie forklifts), including packaging and labelling correctly

General Summary:

The Administrative Associate provides administrative support for the Commercial functions in Australia and New Zealand. This position plays an important role ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of departmental processes, procedures and programs. Here’s What You’ll Do:

Within 3 Months, You Will…

• Familiarize yourself with Moderna’s warehouse operations and team dynamics.

• Begin leading the warehouse staff, focusing on recruitment, orientation, and training.

• Start implementing and overseeing security procedures and protocols for warehouse operations.

• Oversee the warehouse's physical condition, inspect equipment, and initiate maintenance or replacement requests.

Within 6 Months, You Will…

• Supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient execution of inbound and outbound operations.

• Support the Supply Chain leadership in enhancing daily processes and shipping applications.

• Comply with and enforce cGMP, federal, state, and local shipping regulations, including DOT and IATA.

• Act as the lead for Technical Transfer in Distribution and Cold Chain operations.

Within 12 Months, You Will…

• Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to Moderna’s Quality Policy and Quality Management System.

• Collaborate with trade compliance to align processes with import and export regulations.

• Oversee quality events, implementing preventive and corrective actions to maintain inventory management policies.

• Continuously develop your professional and technical knowledge, contributing to the team's success and ensuring goals are met on budget and on schedule.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Education: University degree in technology, engineering, or management/business administration

• Experience: 8-10 years (BS) or 5-8 years (MS) in various Distribution/Logistics functions and Supply Chain

• Strong preference towards Pharmaceutical and Biotech experience. Experience working in a cGMP and cGDP environment.

• Good understanding of the Pharma industry & its different Supply Chain areas

• Experience and proficient knowledge of project management, risk management methodologies and monitoring techniques

• Experience and knowledge of cold chain technology, tools, shipping validation and distribution.

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate and communicate with senior CMC Management in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.

• APICS certification (Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)) is a plus

• Well organized – a natural ability to be organized in how you think, communicate and conduct your work

• You drive for results and demonstrate the ability to develop solutions. You love what you do, and it shows

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluates EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and software selection.
• Manages EHS&S Management Information Systems software implementation projects for industrial/corporate clients worldwide, assisting with project management, system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancements, and improvements to meet overall business objectives of clients.
• Oversees all aspects of projects related to the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery. Consults and collaborates with clients to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
• Leads consultant teams that configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.  
• Serves as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for production issues.
• Maps and analyzes end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EHS&S Management Information Systems software, following formal IT guidelines.
• Engages in system support and training documentation teams, prepares and presents training to internal consultants and client system users.
• Facilitates management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems. 
• Serves as a power user of collaborative technology, and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e. Enablon, SAI Global EHS 360, Intelex, Cority, or Sphera.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Management Information Systems.
• 5 - 10+ years of relevant work experience in an EHS related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices.
• Diversified information technology experience and sound knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology required. (Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management & Risk Assessment)
• EHS&S Management Information Systems configuration and implementation knowledge or experience with one or more of the following software systems preferred: Enablon, SAI Global EHS 360, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, or SAP EHSM.
