Fixed Term Talent Acquisition Manager Role in the NFP Sector Your new company A large and well known aged care provider is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager due to an internal secondment. Your new role In your role as Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the function and managing a team. Key responsibilities include:
End to end recruitment across health and corporate roles
Direct line management of small team
Analysis of data to inform decisions
Process improvements and policy development
Supporting projects such as ATS implementation
What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you will have previous experience leading a team and be a leader who inspires. Your exposure to high volume recruitment will be essential for success in this role, you need to have worked within large and complex environments to allow you to settle in to this new role with ease. What you'll get in return A full-time 12-month fixed term contract in the aged care sector, starting ASAP (before 25th Jan). Your salary will be $118k + super + NFP salary packaging, which boosts your take-home pay. You'll be able to work from home and in the modern offices in the Inner East of Melbourne.
