You'll be responsible for: 

• Deliver best in class implementation of our Digital Media campaigns within the HX teams
• Input into planning including provision of relevant data and recommendations around digital activity and tactics
• Proactively source audience data to inform broader planning collaboration with the wider investment team

The role will vary day-to-day but your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage phone calls and incoming emails/correspondence, redirecting questions and issues where appropriate and/or drafting acknowledgement or responses to email and letters

This position is responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Talent & Culture activities such as recruitment, the organisation of benefits, wages and salaries, labour and Talent relations.  The formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel Talent & Culture policies, rules, procedures and programs within the scope of the budget with well-defined management norms.

Primary responsibilities:

1. Performance Management.

• Ensure Department Managers follow the Accor Performance Management process and assist in performance disciplinary discussions with team members, ensuring records of discussions are collated.
• Maintain effective performance evaluation systems for operational team members as well as the corporate system for supervisors and above.

2. Learning and Development

• Oversee supervision of training within the Hotel, ensuring all activities are in accordance with the needs of the Hotel and have been smoothly executed.
• Complete all mandatory training through Accor Academy ‘Learn Your Way’. Ensure team members complete and are compliant with the standards outlined in this training.
• Conduct regular training needs analysis and subsequently design, conduct and evaluate training.

3. Talent Acquisition and On-Boarding

• Develop and implement recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
• Coordinate with departments in the requisitioning of Talent following established standards, policies and procedures; assist them in the orientation, training, development and evaluation of their teams.
•  Conduct initial screening interviews for operational positions, undertake telephone reference checks and place job advertisements.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain and advise T&C policy to team members within the limits of established rules and regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of the industrial relations situation including legislative changes.

5.General Talent & Culture Duties

• Assist with regular inspections of locker room, canteen, recreation room, first aid room and team facilities which are provided for team welfare and benefit.

6.Work Health and Safety (WHS)

In this full cycle sales role, It’s all about a “land and expand” approach amongst enterprise-grade organizations. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll oversee 10 to 20 existing customer accounts. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships and expanding partnerships. Additionally, you’ll engage with up to 100 potential customers via creative, value-based outreach, introducing them to our offerings. What you will be focusing on as an Account Executive 

• Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally dispersed accounts across ANZ both virtually and face to face. 
• Responsible for a sales territory of 10-20 customers, 100 prospects, up to 150 total accounts. 
• Drive new logo customers, focusing on landing and expanding Dynatrace usage via creative value based outreach. 
• Consult with Technology Leaders and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace relative to the competition. 
• Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events and account/industry specific initiatives. 
• Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively.
