• End-to-end campaign management. Plan and implement client campaigns across demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, as well as Google ads that are aligned with client’s campaign brief and KPIs.
• Manage & optimise budgets, establish bidding strategies, and targeting tactics to achieve campaign objectives while maintaining efficiency. The specialist should also be able to recommend platforms for consideration, and set target bids.
• Ensure creative assets provided are compliant with platform guidelines and best practices.
• Vendor management and negotiation (ie SSPs, ad exchanges, data providers) for private exchanges (PMP) programmatic guaranteed (PG)
• Create insightful and actionable reports to increase the effectiveness of client campaigns
• Work closely with Media Agency to ensure successful tracking and delivery of holistic campaigns (with Agency trafficking team).
• Set up in-housing workflows and templates from scratch. Ie work with vendors to set up platforms, establish ad ops process and work logs, automate media plans, reports and establishing timelines

For merchant partners, the role is responsible for planning and execution of partnership activations and campaigns. The remit includes full funnel marketing campaign execution from product awareness, consideration, new-to-bank (NTB) acquisition through to onboarding, retention, portfolio and engagement initiatives.

• Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments

• Liaise with client stakeholders to answer ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy)

• Manage the governance of any applicable agreements connected to the client partnerships. This includes improving upon the design and implementation of the governance framework and operating model.

• Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.

• Manage the documentation and recording of all program activities, and management of reporting.

• Use reporting tools to monitor portfolio activities and regularly brief business leadership on the performance and status of initiatives.

As the Practice lead, the Sr. Manager will be responsible for growing the CMS Practice through business development, leading and delivering consulting engagements, and developing new solutions to continuously enhance and diversify the Practice’s client offerings.

In this role, the Sr. Manager will lead a small team of consultants and collaborate with cross-functional experts across Visa’s business to jointly develop client proposals, participate in client sales activities and ensure client engagements are delivered with excellence. • Prepare client project proposals, clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles and responsibilities, draw input from clients, local client relationship managers and functional teams
