What you will do:
Reporting into an Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing dedicated executive level of administration support on a day to day basis to the operations team and other Leadership Team members.  You will ensure that on-site, park managers and their teams are fully supported in their roles.  You will also ensure that the management unit is compliant, profitable, and sustainable and achieves business plan objectives through the provision of a high standard of management services, accommodation offerings, activities and associated services. 

Key elements of the role include:

• Assisting other coordinators to provide incoming and outgoing correspondence to guests, residents and long-term casuals, including the drafting of all communication and agreements
• Constructing and sharing written responses to guest complaints in consultation with the Operations Manager
• Assisting in ensuring that all front office systems and functions at various properties are managed in line with company policies, procedures and standards
• Assisting the Operations Manager to ensure that properties comply with cash flow management strategies. These include but are not limited to; debt obligations, payroll, debtor's management, supplier payments, banking processes, cash float and petty cash management, and bank reconciliation sign off
• Assist with park management handovers which may involve interstate travel
• Assist with park acquisitions which may involve interstate travel
• Conduct training as required with property’s on the reservation system

What you will bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, providing support to senior managers
• Reservation system software experience (advantageous)

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Head Chef this full-time role will work predominately at the newly refurbished Derwent Bridge Hotel kitchen. This space has been custom designed to allow our kitchen Team to efficiently produce high quality meals not only for Derwent Bridge customers but the guests of Pumphouse Point too. You will work a variety of shifts from production (prep for Pumphouse Point), a la carte menus as well as functions and groups. This exciting opportunity would be well suited to someone looking for variety, with experience in classic pub fare as well as high-end restaurants.

On a daily basis your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Undertake general or specialised cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties, as required​ to a high standard
• Monitor the hygiene of food preparation areas and equipment
• Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen management including portion and stock control and for the supervision and training of other kitchen staff.

Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager, the Revenue Distribution Specialist plays a key administrative role in supporting the Revenue Management team by executing rate, inventory, and distribution strategies as directed by the Revenue Manager.  This position ensures the accurate implementation of pricing, availability, and promotional initiatives across all systems and distribution channels, contributing to the overall revenue optimization for the business. 

This position is a perfect stepping stone for those currently in a reservations based role, with a passion to grow their career, to be a future Revenue Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Rate and Inventory Implementation:
  • Action rate updates, restrictions, and inventory adjustments in Property Management Systems (PMS), and Channel Management platforms as directed by the Revenue Manager.
• Channel Administration:
  • Maintain system connections with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and other booking platforms.
  • Execute promotional offers and packages on distribution channels as outlined by the Revenue Manager.
• System Maintenance and Accuracy:

What You'll Do:

What You'll Do

NRMA Tow Truck Operators play an important role in supporting our members across Australia by helping to keep them safe and moving.  You will be on the frontline providing towing assistance while creating memorable member experiences.

A day in the life of includes:

• Responding to road service calls, loading, transporting and unloading vehicles. Doing so in in a professional manner while adhering to all road rules. 
• Helping to represent the NRMA brand by understanding the needs of the customer and demonstrating customer-first service solutions.
• Utilising your towing and transportation expertise to analyse the vehicle breakdown position and identify the most appropriate action to recover, secure and transport the vehicle according with safety standards and tow truck regulations.
• Ensure clear and appropriate communication with members, ensuring member safety and excellent customer service at all stages during the recovery process.
• Maintain tools, uniforms and equipment so that presentation is kept to a high standard and in a serviceable condition.
• Actively contribute to working groups, toolbox talks, trials and committees to enhance operations.

What You'll Bring

• A full valid NSW Medium Rigid Driver’s License (or higher)  
• A valid Tow Truck Driver’s Certificate or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencement. (How to apply)
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster over a 7-day week (including public holidays) – for 12-hour shifts between 6:00am – 8:00pm.  
• Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated experience to work effectively across diverse communities.     
• Knowledge and understanding of safe work practices with the ability to follow safe work procedures to ensure the highest level of safety is maintained.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.     
• A strong team player with a flexible and robust attitude, together with a positive mindset. 
• An ability to adapt to change and work within new and changing parameters. 
• A passion for transportation, cars or trucking and/or relevant experience in the industry is desirable.
• This position will be based out of our Prestons depot and you will be required to pick up and drop off your tow truck from this location daily.

What you will do:

This is a casual position.  The Cafe Hours will be 6:30am - 11am (Mon, Thur, Fri Sat & Sun) & 3:30pm - 8:30pm (Thurs - Sun). You will:

• Ensure all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes are according to company guidelines and customer preferences
• Liaise with, food service staff and management regarding customers order and general service of kitchen operations
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements
• Daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries and recording assessment where necessary
• Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting all kitchen areas in accordance with daily cleaning
