Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team. You will set high standards for our guest experience ensuring a memorable experience each and every time and you will be a creative problem solver. • Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
• Carry out maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled by the Hotels’ Property Management System (PMS).
• Assist in keeping up to date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment.

The Role
