Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading the Talent & Culture function across the Hotel. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for driving and fostering a positive work environment across the Hotel, and will work closely with our leadership team to contribute to the ongoing success of the property through your ability to provide support and coaching on people management skills.
