What you will be doing:
- Greeting our guests with a beaming smile and a warm attitude to make them feel welcome and recognised.
- Master our products like a pro and find those golden chances to super-size those sales!
- Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when making recommendations.
- Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests.
- Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy.
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practises.
About you:

- A go-getter always on the lookout for new ways to enhance our guests' journey.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Confident in managing both internal and external clients using your expertise.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings (5am), late evenings and on weekends.
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate - Victoria.
