To perform day-to-day tasks, being able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of our customer’s expectations and execute them with an appropriate sense of urgency, attitude, commitment, and professionalism. You are required to be our customer’s ‘go-to’ person for all their freight forwarding needs.

In addition to this, to perform tasks as requested, assisting in general customer service duties both internally and externally while applying the company standards and processes.

Responsible for all aspects of the job to the Customer Service Representative.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Communication: As a Customer Service Representative, you will proactively communicate with customers, and you will commit to demonstrating the great care we have for all our customers.
• Relationship: You will establish meaningful, personal, and professional relationships with our customers.
• Information: You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditor's internal process by providing timely, complete, and accurate information.

Due to increased growth and the implementation of a new payroll system we’re looking for a Workforce Scheduler to join the Sodexo team on a Fixed Term 12 Month Contract & a Fixed Term 5 Month Contract. This role will be working Monday to Friday in our head office in Balcatta with flexibility to work from home once a week. 

Reporting into the Workforce Scheduling Lead, this position is responsible for effectively sourcing labour from our contingency and agency relief pools to meet staffing demands across our WA sites. 

Who are we looking for?  

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there’s never a dull moment at Sodexo. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

You will consider yourself a well organised, self-motivated individual and a customer service professional. You are an experienced administrator with excellent Excel knowledge and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a great team! This role would suit someone from a site admin, mobilisation or recruitment background. 

To be successful, you’ll need: 

• An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Outlook 
• Understanding of rostering principals
• Relevant experience in same or similar industry, FIFO experience preferred
• Excellent planning & people coordination skills
• Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships 
• Organised with effective time management skills  
• Experience in a Payroll or Employment Relations role (desirable)
