This is a newly created position which will support a Sydney Lounges stores teams with managing the deliveries and stocks received, and not limited to other responsibilities listed below;

• Ensure correct documentation is completed for all goods entering and leaving the stores
• Ensure that all goods are correctly received in accordance with the quantities and quality stated in the purchase orders and specifications are accounted for and properly stored
• Coordinate the monthly stock take with appropriate Department Managers
• Perform monthly stock counts of inventory in stores and enter details into Inventory System.
• Produce monthly stock reports including usage and stock on hand
•  Maintain Inventory System Files
•  Responsible for the periodic review of stock levels and initiation of purchase requisitions following departments policies and procedures.
•  Responsible for the prompt distribution of goods to sub-stores or user departments.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and neat arrangement of stores and proper storage of goods
• Responsible for the maintenance and security of all storage areas to prevent losses through environmental damage and pilfering
• Ensure all goods returned to suppliers are properly authorised and accounted for
• Adhere to purchasing procedures as detailed in the department’s policies and procedures manual

As the Digital Activation Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard of digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting, and campaign performance.

You will ensure the performance of your client campaigns and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives while also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.

You will also be responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and overall management of an Digital Activation Executive and Coordinator

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

• You will be responsible for campaign management, optimisation and analysis and work closely with our internal team, as well as the client to build out future-focussed testing and optimisation roadmaps.

• Paid search & social campaign management and comfortable working in-platform across SA360, Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest.
• You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities
• Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through paid search excellence Meet or surpass client performance targets
• Oversee the execution and optimisation of paid search programs and campaigns
• Support the Search Director in managing client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions

In this role you will:

• With a hands-on approach, effectively manage the Hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer focused service in the hotel locality.
• In absence of the General Manager and Heads of Department, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel while and ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
