Your New Role
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to manage a newly redeveloped, large-scale venue known for its community focus and multi-faceted offerings. This role allows you to enhance your skills in a vibrant environment, delivering exceptional hospitality and achieving business goals with considerable creative freedom for future events.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all aspects of venue management, driving revenue growth and effective business operations
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance across all venue operations
Oversee HR functions including training, coaching, and developing leadership talent pipelines
Manage all operational areas including marketing, security, maintenance, food and beverage service, sales, events, and cash management

About You
Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a General Manager in a high-volume venue
