Employment Type: Full-Time, 38 hours/week
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all beauty treatments including brow lamination, lash extensions, facials, and waxing.
• Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring clients receive personalized attention and leave feeling satisfied with their experience.
• Lead and motivate a team of beauty professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products and supplies for all services offered.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout the salon.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to showcase our services and engage with the community.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or hair industry
• Ability to work independently on services and also part of a team
• High level of communication, customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Fun and positive attitude, professional demeanour and passion for the hair and beauty industry.
• Knowledge and qualification in beauty
• You are also responsible for driving the business forward by increasing awareness of the salon within the local community.
• Good understanding of the financial side of the business
• Excellent guest service skills
• The ability to plan and organize effectively to meet deadlines and utilize resources.
