About the Role

We are looking for fun, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to join our team of customer service consultants. Located at our Melbourne Airport Contact Centre, where every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

We are currently seeking to fill multiple positions on both a full-time and part-time basis. While this ad primarily targets part-time positions, we encourage applicants interested in full-time roles to apply as well.

Training will be provided to ensure your success and confidence in the role.
