$26.18hr + Super & Penalty Rates!
Mon - Fri and occasional Saturdays.
4 weeks of comprehensive training.
Actively listen to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy while establishing credibility and rapport and using good decision making skills to provide a tailor fit solution which is appropriate to the customer situation
Refer customers, where appropriate, to seek independent financial advice
Deliver high quality customer interactions while balancing client outcomes and following compliance requirements
Effectively utilise your existing and newly trained computer skills across a variety of complex systems
Communicate client specific knowledge to customers accurately and effectively
All other duties as directed within the scope of skills and training
Must be familiar with technology and open to learning new systems with working knowledge of computer and software applications.
