3 Customer Service Officers required for Perth CBD to work within State Government Department $35 per hour plus superannuation 6 - 12 months New Perth CBD offices, walking distance to train station A State Government owned organisation who offers essential services to West Australians, have asked us for assistance in finding an experienced Customer Service Officer's to start by 12th February. Ideally, you will be someone with experience in managing difficult conversations with internal and external customers, which can be challenging at times. The role also entails some outbound phone calls to customers, this can be tedious but is a crucial part of the role, requiring attention to detail. Paid training period (1 week) commencing the week of 12th February. The Role Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Provide efficient first point of contact customer service advice and information Inbound/Outbound customer service calls Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned tasks Competent handling of specialised queries and escalating where required Responsible for delivering your allocated rostered workload Role Requirements Effective call handling skills and telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills Good time management and ability to prioritise.
