About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Support the Head of Web Development with training and supporting the mid and junior members on the team.

Essential skills and experience

• 4+ years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on achieving revenue targets in an agency context;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including pitching and proposal writing;
• Demonstrated experience in obtaining repeat business, managing client relationships, and identifying new high-value opportunities in desired sectors;
• Experience working in an agency or consulting environment;
• Familiar with human-centred design methodologies and mindsets;
• Fluent in written and spoken English; and
• Full and current working rights for Australia.

Remuneration

The salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000, depending on your experience.
