The Cyber Security team provides governance, audit, control, and operational Cyber Security capabilities to support business and operational objectives of Nine group. • Be accountable for providing the operational support of Nine's identity and access management (IDAM) systems and assist with their ongoing deployment.

You are an Executive Assistant experience who has previously supported C-level executives with your excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a confident and approachable demeanour and are passionate about learning and providing business operations support.

As the ideal candidate, you will use your proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset to anticipate needs and take initiative. Combining your proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, and your outstanding organisational and time management skills, you will prioritise and multitask effectively. Your strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions independently enables you to support what the CEO and the team in meeting their targets.
