Epay, a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing sales materials, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system, tracking shipments, and providing updates to retailers
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Maintain CRM system by updating customer information and sales activities
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as required
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to the sales team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems are highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
