The Technical Business Analyst will interact and support the Senior Business Analyst. They will be accountable for breaking down the epic into features, interpreting high level requirements and breaking them down to user stories. They own the definition and implementation of a team’s backlog. This typically involve collaborating with the delivery squad to maximum value is delivered to customer/end user by prioritizing the most important items to start first.

As a Technical Business Analyst at BizCover, you will be reponsible for:

• Conducting the main Agile ceremonies in Team retro, Sprint review, planning & grooming
• Ensuring that user stories are ready to be estimated and worked on by the developers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk Analyst (SRMA) with Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) expertise to join our busy and expanding Sydney-based Infrastructure team, who are advising clients on a range of high-profile infrastructure projects across Australia. This role will suit a Senior Risk Analyst who is skilled in developing QRAs from a rail, aviation, water/utilities, energy or defence background with proven experience of QCRA and QSRA compilation and a detailed understanding of risk management processes.

The Senior Risk Analyst will coordinate the compilation of the necessary project and risk data, model this at a package and project level to provide probabilistic certainty to the project. The SRMA will provide reports on the QRA modelling and scenario outcomes.

The primary purpose of the role is to lead the QRA risk modelling function on a complex infrastructure project. In addition to providing quantitative risk modelling assessments, the SRMA will be required to undertake sensitivity and scenario analyses. 

The SRMA will work with the PMO and Delivery Teams to collate all QRA inputs. The SRMA will ensure the quality and validation of all inputs and that all outputs are accurate.

The main duties of a Senior Risk Analyst is:

• Conduct QRAs to inform project contingency levels and track risk exposure.
• Provide QRA sensitivity and scenario modelling analyses.
• Candidates will have an expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Produce risk dashboards, reports and PowerPoints, in a timely manner, to support the presentation of QRA results.
• Candidates will ideally be proficient with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Be able to model cash flows across time and calculate escalation impacts.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess against the remaining risk budget.
• Analyse QRA results to reflect variations and trends, as well as highlighting areas of concern.
• Comply with corporate risk management standards, policies, and procedures.

At FCX the Senior Test Analyst key purpose is to ensure quality in what we deliver to our customers on the FCX platform. This specific Senior Test Analyst position will see you work within a team of 15 which consists of BA's, PM's, Software Engineers, Product Owners and Client Relationship Managers. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with business, operations, vendors and other stakeholders for test planning and execution.
• Collaborating with the Lead Test Analyst to provide input into improving testing processes, plans, implementation and the management of defects.
• Providing guidance and oversight on the administration of the test case management software.
• Creating and executing System Integration tests (SIT) and User acceptance tests (UAT), including obtaining Business signoff.
• Designing and Implementing Test Cases for end-to-end and integration testing.
• Designing, developing, executing and maintaining automation scripts and our suite of regression tests.
• Producing system test deliverables i.e. test cases, automated test scripts, and test data to the agreed quality
• Testing defect fixes and log new defects including relevant details
• Automation of regression testing pack to perform end-to-end system and shakedown tests
• Test Environment planning, setup and management to help with readiness for test commencement.
• Assisting with release management and post release validation checks and reporting.
