We work closely with senior leaders in Commonwealth and state government agencies, as well as non profits to help drive data-driven decisions for the public good.

As an Associate Consultant or Associate Analyst, you will be a valued team member on consulting projects for our public sector clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Employing cutting-edge analytics techniques, such as machine learning and statistical modelling.
  • Extracting and interpreting key insights, crafting compelling visualizations and outputs that resonate with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Present insights and findings with clarity in client meetings, influencing decision-making and policy design.

We are looking for applicants for this graduate or early career role to start in early 2025.

  • Australian citizenship required
  • Qualifications in actuarial studies, data science, maths, commerce, computer science, economics and/or finance
  • Previous consulting experience desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated interest in solving complex problems in the public sector
  • A commitment to ethics and integrity
  • Experience working with or willingness to learn data analysis techniques (Excel, Python, R, modelling, visualisation)
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and a creative mindset
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
  • Personal accountability – a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
  • Team player – having an ability to work well with others, positive attitude, and growth mindset
  • Competitive Remuneration: >$90,000 (including salary, bonus and superannuation), plus 4 weeks annual leave
  • Flexible Work: Central CBD office locations in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra with hybrid work model
