Reporting into the Group Manager - Talent and Engagement, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and analysing employee surveys to provide insights and recommendations on key business decisions which impact our People. Your advanced Microsoft Excel skills will enable you to efficiently clean and manipulate large data sets, to identify trends.
As Employee Engagement Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, including HR Business Partners, to ensure teams have the required insights to improve the employee experience at Qantas. You will also be responsible for managing the action planning process once data is available by facilitating consultation processes and overseeing the implementation of recommendations.
You’ll have –
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science or related field
Demonstrated experience in survey design and rollout, project coordination and/or data manipulation
Experience turning raw data into actionable insights in a large and complex environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with commercial acumen
Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Natural curiosity and continuous improvement mindset with an interest in Employee Engagement
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of Qualtrics and Workday highly regarded
