As we continue to invest in our capabilities, we have an opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) on a permanent full – time basis. As part of Property Operations and reporting to the General Manager, Property & Development, the Administration Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the Property team in implementation, management, maintenance, and support of the asset management applications together with providing quality asset services to all Southern Cross Care sites. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for Property Operations enquiries and will be responsible for the day-day coordination of the Property Operations Systems Applications Helpdesk. Key Responsibilities include: Manage the Property Operations Helpdesk function in supporting each service’s property and asset management requirements including general property queries, planned and reactive maintenance requests.
