The position of Freight Performance Analyst is key in providing commercial and operational performance insights that will support major customer and operational requirements with regards to customer billings, service level performance and contract compliance. The Analyst will work with multiple stakeholders across the business to provide including Customer Airlines, Global Sales and IT, to provide the analysis and reporting required to drive improvement in customer service delivery and meet financial requirements. You will also provide the Terminal and Network operational teams with the data and analysis necessary to drive improvement across the business. You will also support key strategic customer contracts for domestic and international - Australia Post, FedEx and TGE.


You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in either business, commerce or finance

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience with Power BI, or SQL desirable

  • Highly developed commercial, analytical and influencing skills

  • Continuous improvement focus and results orientated

  • Partnered with business stakeholders to make insightful commercial recommendations aligned to strategic objectives

  • The ability to work across multiple disciplines to develop appropriate and insightful analytical reports aligned with stakeholder requirements

  • Knowledge of airline and freight industry would be highly regarded
