The IT Support Engineer will be providing level 2 services for IT infrastructure systems such as Microsoft Server, Office 365, and Cyber Security. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in systems administration and infrastructure maintenance, with a keen interest in transitioning into the cybersecurity domain. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure implementation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting (remote and on-site), including servers, network infrastructure and cloud platforms.
