Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and staff management;

The Tech Manager - Advice Assurance & Consulting  will be a critical part of the Endeavour cybersecurity team and a key driver and contributor of the Cyber Security strategy via engagement with the IT transformation and underlying projects.

The complexity of the environment creates the opportunity for the successful candidate to establish a solid foundation for the organisation to traverse the required transformation over the coming years.

• Manage the BAU aspects of the AAC Squad for the organisation

• Manage the resource profile of  AAC Squad for the organisation including projects and BAU

• Own the consulting and assurance relationship with the core brands and speciality brands to ensure that a suitable risk profile is maintained

• Product Owner for Advice Assurance and Consulting catalogue of services

  • Owning the strategy and future state of Advice Assurance and consulting and its sub-elements in organisation

    • Cyber Risk

    • Application Security

    • Assurance 

  • Ensure relationships with all business stakeholders are developed and maintained

  • Understand the Business relationship with Cyber Security

  • Drive and contribute to the security overlay strategy for our customers

  • Contribute to the overall design of the Cyber Security Organisation being developed as well as the transition, operational and risk requirements

• Work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are accounted for at design time in all security related activities.

Our Client Success Managers work with our members to ensure their businesses get the legal assistance they need in an efficient and valuable way. Our best CSMs take the time to understand a client’s business goals and challenges and work collaboratively with the client to deliver effective short and long-term solutions. They continuously work on their legal product knowledge and they are business savvy. They are proactive, organised and diligent. And they never tire of speaking to our member clients!

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new members and onboarding them to our member platform.
• Drive the value of our membership by supporting members to regularly engage with our Legal team.
• Identify upgrade or extension opportunities and provide quotes.
• Act as the go-to person for any client questions or concerns, including responding to queries about our member platform or the legal services provided by us.
• Action client feedback to continuously improve our membership offering.
• Analyse member usage patterns to identify potential issues and encourage members to get the most value out of our membership.
• Relay feedback on our membership and the client experience to other LegalVision teams to improve the member experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in customer service/account management: You have at least six months of experience working in a customer service or account management role, and are excited to pursue a career in this area. Legal experience is not required for this position, training will be provided.
• Passionate about helping clients: You have excellent client service focus and the ability to problem-solve or sell additional services when appropriate. You’re dedicated to creating support experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Personable, empathetic and understanding: A friendly and professional demeanour will get you far as this role will be client-facing and relies upon identifying and solving client problems.
• Driven, autonomous and efficient: You work independently and take ownership of your own activities and responsibilities. You are constantly looking for ways to challenge yourself and to improve yourself and the systems around you.
• Business and tech savvy: You will be using our innovative in-house technology to assist clients. You pick up new skills quickly. You are able to get into the mind of a business owner and understand their priorities and concerns.
