HSE Manager Albert Park SA WHO ARE WE! PEER is a non-profit industry-based organisation, a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and National award winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering nationally accredited training packages to meet South Australia’s skill development needs. THE POSITIONThe HSE Manager will manage day to day activities and ensure that a set of systems are in place to manage, control and measure the Work, Health and Safety across all of PEER’s services to ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.The HSE Manager implements and maintains best practice work, health and safety processes and procedures including the physical inspection and assessment of PEER RTO facilities and GTO host sites to prevent workplace incidents and promote a culture of zero harm.The position ensures that PEER maintains a set of systems to control, measure and manage physical and psychological safety, ensuring the organisation achieves compliance with WHS Statutory and regulatory requirements.The role works collegiately will all business units, with autonomy in prioritising and completing tasks. This involves working professionally and co-operatively in a team environment with both internal and external stakeholders, including the PEER Executive Group, Training team, Apprentice and Trainee Supervisor team and Host Employers.We offer an attractive remuneration package, including a fully maintained company vehicle, flexible work arrangements, and one RDO per month.
