The role will involve business development, employee management, recruitment, and managing all stakeholder relationships.

Able to juggle multiple tasks.
Performance management experience.
Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable:
Group Training (GTO) Experience.
Previous experience with managing up to 30 people.
Experience in large business networks.
Registered Training Organisation (RTO) experience.
Salary package includes a car and potential bonuses for achievement of key performance indicators (KPI’s). Manager may be required to work outside of normal business hours from time to time.
