The Role

The position of the Network Strategy Manager – Fleet is responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and delivery roadmaps for TGE Fleet operations and broader TGE Network operational strategies.

This role will drive the strategy and capital planning processes to ensure that the fleet is standardised, working optimally, maximising organisational efficiencies and service performance.
 

Beyond Fleet strategy, this position will be required lead on the design and delivery of operational transformation projects and capability to execute the broader network operations strategy.  A key responsibility of this role is to maximise network standardisation and optimisation to deliver improvement in network performance, while ensuring the Network is ready to meet the future needs of the business and the customers we serve.
 

Exercising excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Functional and Divisional operational teams within the TGE network, this position is pivotal to enabling long term operational readiness, driving operational efficiencies and customer service delivery outcomes.
 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to develop and deliver the overall network fleet strategy for operations, including the development and implementation of a long term plan, in line with customer requirements and broader TGE network development strategy (network, fleet, site).

• Strategic development of the fleet model and associated capital planning processes, ensuring the fleet model it is aligned to the organisational objectives, meet the future needs of the business and the markets it serves.

• Develop fleet and other network design blueprints and project plans to ensure Network standardisation objectives are met.

• Conduct network capacity modelling on a rolling 3 – 5 year timeframe, actively managing the Network Footprint and associated Fleet strategy and Assets to support growth and efficiency

• Coordinate with divisional operations managers on supply forecast inputs, identifying service risks and opportunities (latent capacity)

• Prepare Strategy and capital planning presentation content for operations & communication.

• Support operations team education on Network capability, including transformation project scopes and deliverables, developing fit for purpose tools (process & systems)

• Own, govern and maintain the data integrity of all key design inputs to the Network strategy Fleet plan and broader Network strategy as required.

• In conjunction with the NOC Planning team, conduct scenario analysis for the supply plan and re-forecasting as required to facilitate operational decision-making and identification of transformation project priorities

• Work in a manner that is not harmful to one’s own health and safety and the health and safety of others

Position Overview

The Design Program Manager will help our Experience Design (XD) team in Asia Pacific operate and collaborate with other global design colleagues and stakeholder teams as they develop critical experience foundations to underpin the Autodesk Fusion cloud product.

You are a systems thinker who has had experience maturing complex, global design systems and building programs to ensure that they operate efficiently. • Design Program Management focused on enabling the design of critical experience building blocks to form the foundation of Autodesk Fusion's device independent future

• Bring global best practices and thought-leadership to initiative and interactions with clients
• Advocating new business solutions to enhance the client’s customer value proposition
• Liaising with each client’s product managers and their teams to advise on portfolio developments
• Supporting product enquiries including Visa product rule waivers request, helping develop product remediation plans when required and support on Visa’s regulatory compliance activities
• Develop strong working relationships with:
  • Business payment teams at each of our small business issuer clients, as well as with key stakeholders for the small business payments segment;
  • Visa’s Account Executive Management teams for our small business issuer clients;
  • Visa’s Hub product teams and other small business specialists to share and learn best practices which we can apply to the AuNZSP market; and
  • Other Visa stakeholders across the region and globe, including product, sales, client support, data & analytics, marketing and finance team members.
• Develop deep small business segment knowledge and provide payments thought leadership for this space, helping to evolve the small business payments strategy for Visa AuNZSP and helping Visa enable more small businesses to digitise payments.
• Keep up to date with trends and regulations that relate to the payment industry and maintain an awareness of competitor positioning.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
