Your new role Your role is to carry out service of equipment, after hours service, commissioning and service contracts as planned and directed by the SVC Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor. Responsibilities of the role include;
Carrying out commissioning, service maintenance and after-hours service commitments in a professional, efficient manner.
Unaccompanied after-hours work and being on an on-call roster is needed.
Attend customer service calls
Work on and around energised electrical equipment.
Work on live refrigerant lines and pressure vessels.
Maintain relationships between the organisation and its customers, by having professional interactions with customers & providing customer feedback to the team.
What you'll need to succeed
WA Restricted Electrical Licence
Refrigerant Handling Licence
WA Driving Licence
Overnight or longer trips may be required.
Technical knowledge - data centres, telecom, commercial & industrial or similar industries (highly regarded)
Proven track record within the Air - Conditioning or other precision cooling industry as a service technician
Thermal controls & networking knowledge
